Twitter is one of the greatest social networking sites that can boost up your leads and help you increase profit. The said social networking site is a site NOT mainly for you to have bunch of followers BUT for you to build a COMMUNITY. Yes, a community that will serve as your target/resources. But the question is “How will you be able to build Community?”
Here’s a five simple steps to start your Twitter Community:
1. Setting up or fixing your account
When setting up your profile ‐ make sure your first & last name are separated.Customize your profile with designs that suits your personality/company.
2. Tweet 10-20 times at a minimum before you take any action.
3. Post tweets which you think could engage your audience. Make them participate with your postings.
4. Like Attracts Like & Get Rid of the Dead Weight!
Get rid off of those who do not follow you back.
5. Establish your credibility. Interact with your community.
If you were able to follow the five simple steps above, there’s no doubt that your followers will increase. Your community will about to be built. So, when your community is already established, the next thing you should do is to keep it updated. In this way, your community can also spread the word of how good you are able to handle the community by giving them information and educating them on topics related to marketing.
